Materials used - Saunder's Waterford paper 300gsm, Daniel Smith artist quality watercolour paints

Painted in two stages, the first stage comprised of applying a bold watercolour wash of red and green and salt sprinkled for textures. When the wash dried the salt was removed and the rooster painted with careful consideration for the placement of the subject. Painted without any preliminary sketch.
